About the Founder
Founded by Shivam Patel, Mr. Mushroom was built from a passion for cultivating exceptional shiitake mushrooms through science-driven growing methods. With a background in Aerospace Engineering, Shivam applied the same research-focused fundamentals from his industry towards enhancing cultivation techniques that maximize freshness, texture, flavor, and nutrient quality.
